This is Elaine, who I've known for several years. Her daughter was a friend of mine in high school. Thanks for sharing, Elaine!
During my first month of use, my hot flashes, which I had for 11 years since menopause, started changing, I noticed increased stamina and was able to sleep less and still feel good during the day, and during the last week of that month, I started losing weight. I was using the Might Three since the beginning. During the first three months, I lost a total of 13 pounds. In July 2008, I was diagnosed with macular edema (a swelling of the macula) and asked my eye doctor if I could try a natural remedy vs. using steroid drops in my eye four times daily. He asked me to come back in four weeks to check my eyes, and at that time, my visual field test results were the best I'd had in the past five years and everything was stable, so he advised me to keep doing what I was doing. He even wrote a letter to our insurance company so that we could use our Medical Savings Account to pay for the product. When I went for my eye checkup this year, everything was still stable and the vision in my right eye had improved. Eye migraines, which started in January of 2007, are a thing of the past. At my annual physical last November 2008, my good cholesterol went up 10 points and my Vitamin D levels were perfect. The nurse practitioner told me prior to the blood test that I would probably be on a Vitamin D supplement, as most people in this area were having deficiencies. Gradually, my hot flashes decreased in severity and frequency. I hardly ever have leg cramps at night anymore, and the latest improvement has been with fading of age spots. I look at the Reliv products as my long-term health insurance. I like to look at it as NHP insurance; i.e., nursing home prevention. I'm looking forward to the future now with regard to being proactive about my own health care and am glad I had a friend with the courage to introduce me to these products.
