First shake

We received our package in the mail - in the morning, even! - and took our first shake just before lunch. DH is upstairs asleep... hm....

The Fibrestore has 10 grams of fiber in one serving! And you are supposed to drink two shakes every day (mixing the Classic, Innergize and Fibrestore.) Neither one of us minded the taste at all. It's only 8 ounces, so not bad.

I guess it seems like a lot of money when you're ordering a month's supply for two people, but really, each shake is less than half of the cost of a Starbucks drink, and we've been known to get a few of those here and there.... every day for ONE of us!
